1. Eligibility for Refund
Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie items are not eligible for return or refund once delivered, except in case of a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
2. 24-Hour Reporting Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof. Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
3. Condition for Refund or Replacement
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
4. Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
5. Refund Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
